How to use it:
Should NOT be used daily for more than 8 weeks at a time.
For adults and children 12+, take one dropper-full (30 drops or 1.5 mL) sublingually (held under your tongue) or diluted in a small amount of tea or water 1-3 times a day (for no longer than 2 weeks)
If used as a preventative measure, for a limited period of time, take only one dropper-full (30 drops or 1.5 mL) per day
Store your tincture in a dark, cool place. It will last well over 2 years if stored properly and not exposed to sunlight or air often
Notes: It is completely normal to feel a tingling sensation in your mouth after ingesting an herbal tincture. That is a good sign of freshness and effectiveness! If you dilute the tincture with water, you are less likely to experience the tingling feeling, but some studies suggest that diluting lessens the effectiveness.
